1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Platform. By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Nature of the services

Astrology, kundli, horoscope and matchmaking content is provided for guidance and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

Astrologers and pandits are independent practitioners. We facilitate the connection but do not guarantee the accuracy, outcome or results of any consultation, reading or ritual.

4. Wallet, pricing and billing

• Consultations are billed per minute at the astrologer's listed rate and deducted from your wallet balance in real time. Keep sufficient balance for the session you want.
• Wallet recharges, puja bookings and store purchases are charged at the prices shown at the time of the transaction, inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Wallet balance is stored value for use on the Platform and is not a bank deposit; it does not earn interest and, except where required by law, is non-transferable.

5. User conduct

• You agree not to abuse, harass, threaten or defraud astrologers, staff or other users.
• You agree not to record, reproduce or redistribute consultation content without consent.
• You agree not to misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by unauthorised means.

6. Bookings, pujas and orders

Puja bookings are confirmed once a pandit accepts and schedules the muhurat. Store orders are subject to stock availability and delivery timelines shown at checkout.

Cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, its content, design and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. Reports generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on any reading or consultation.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, poses a risk to others, or is used fraudulently. You may close your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the company's registered location have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
