For a session that ended early due to a technical issue, or a puja/order problem, message us here with the reference number and we'll review it. Approved refunds go back to your wallet.
Sign in and open "My pujas" or "My orders" from the account menu. Puja muhurats show once the pandit confirms them.
Yes — chat transcripts stay in your consultation history for as long as your account is active.
